  • Kaitlin Walker, Acupuncturist
    Kaitlin's higher education began with a Bachelor's of Arts in History from the University of California, Los Angeles. While attending UCLA she was a member of the Pre-Optometry Society and the Cotsen Institute of Archaeology. After graduating she was accepted to the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego where she received her Master's degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine. Her journey into traditional Chinese medicine began when she was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. She quickly discovered the healing powers of this ancient form of treatment. She decided to blend her love for history and her strong calling to help others into a rewarding career. During her time in school she was blessed with the opportunity to provide acupuncture, massage, and herbal remedies to the community through externships such as San Diego Downtown Free Clinic where she collaborated with University of California, San Diego medical students, a senior citizen free clinic, and a Veterans clinic. Being a former high school hall of fame athlete playing basketball, softball, and club soccer, Kaitlin also enjoyed working with student athletes at the UCSD RIMAC Sports Complex and shadowing at AcuSport Health Center where she learned acupuncture for the treatment of orthopedic injuries. Kaitlin will also be offering anti-aging acupuncture as well as acupuncture to assist with addictions like smoking and drugs. Certifications: California Board Certified Acupuncturist and Herbalist
